We source our pork from the Nuremberg metropolitan region. To ensure the best possible quality and guarantee of origin, we slaughter our pigs at our uncle Hans Rössner's in Uehlfeld. He sources the pigs from farmers in his immediate area.

Pork neck is also known as pork neck, pork comb or crest and is part of the pork forequarter. It is located behind the pork head and in front of the so-called loin. The pork neck is separated from the loin between the fourth and fifth ribs.
