Our classic grilling seminar is legendary. Over 1,000 participants have enjoyed the four-course menu. And the seminar will be available again on numerous dates in 2022. What makes our most popular grilling seminar special, in addition to the meat-heavy menu, is the expertise, tips, and tricks that Dirk Freyberger, Nuremberg's first meat sommelier, imparts to participants during the course.

We offer full service catering in Nuremberg and the surrounding area. Whether buffet, finger food, BBQ or set menu: we will create an individual offer for you based on your wishes and ideas. We are happy to advise you depending on the occasion and always offer you the best service. It is best to book your catering up to 48 hours before the start of the event, but the earlier the better!
Even though we are part of the Freyberger butcher shop and love meat, we naturally offer meat-free alternatives for your vegetarian guests. This enables every guest to enjoy our excellent dishes.
Regionality and sustainability are important to us, which is why we only use products from the region. This way we can guarantee you absolute top quality for your celebration.
