Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within Germany.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Refrigerated food via DHL Express: €9.90
Unrefrigerated food delivery: €4.90
Voucher delivery: €3.90
International deliveries:

We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries abroad.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1-5 business days, and for international deliveries within 5-7 business days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

The minimum order value is €50.

Further payment details

When paying by SEPA Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account by the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
