Since 2013, we've been passionate about good meat and authentic craftsmanship. Thousands of participants have now taken part in our barbecue seminars and tastings —and more and more gourmets join us every year.
Our grill school isn't just about the right kind of sizzling. It's about passion, knowledge—and, of course, the best meat entertainment! Our three meat sommeliers, Dirk, Pascal , and Nico, share their combined expertise with you: special cuts, degrees of doneness, dry-aging or wet-aging, animal breeds, forward or reverse grilling—no question remains unanswered.
