The Beef Cooking Class & Beer Tasting is a culinary event that uniquely combines high-quality meat craftsmanship, beer, and craftsmanship. In a relaxed atmosphere, certified beer sommelier Andreas Stempfle and meat sommelier Pascal Funk will guide you through the evening—a duo that perfectly combines enjoyment and knowledge. The meat comes from the traditional Freyberger butcher shop, known for its excellent quality and first-class breeding. Whether ribeye, flat iron, or Wagyu—every cut of beef is carefully prepared to create the perfect steak: delicately roasted on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
The focus is on the art of pairing the perfect meat with the right flavors. Step by step, you'll learn how temperature, cooking time, and seasoning interact, as well as which beers pair perfectly with each course. Each recipe in the 6-course menu is freshly prepared, tasted, and explained. The result is an evening that combines enjoyment, knowledge, and passion—an experience that demonstrates how true food pairing between meat and beer can be achieved at the highest level.
