      Iberian pork has a distinctive, nutty flavor. This comes from the animals' diet primarily of cork acorns, which they find on the floor of Spain's verdant forests. But Germany is also known for its oak forests, making it a great place to raise the animals in the Nuremberg region. That's why we source our meat exclusively from this region.
