Where does our meat actually come from? What breeds are there? What are the differences? And which cuts do our steaks come from? Our meat sommelier Nico will be addressing this and other topics on this special evening, full of fantastic steaks and pure infotainment.
At least 7 courses, pork and beef, will be served this evening, along with a wealth of knowledge about our animal meat suppliers. We will go into detail about where the individual breeds come from, how the animals are bred and kept, how the taste changes depending on the feed, and much more.
Have you always wanted to know why Wagyu is considered the best beef? Why the Iberico pig has such a unique taste? How our noble pigs are kept? Here you will find the answer to all your questions.
