At the beginning of the grilling course, you will be personally welcomed by the instructor and given a brief introduction to the process. Then it's straight to the grill, where the initial preparations for the menu begin. We'll kick things off with a creative starter: meat pops with orange and fennel salad, freshly prepared on the grill. Then you'll focus on the burger theme and prepare a juicy bacon cheeseburger together – including all the steps from the patty to the toasting of the bun to the final plating. During this time, the grill master will answer questions about the meat, its doneness, and different cuts.

In the main part, you'll find a wide selection of steaks – from Franconian specialties like ribeye to international delicacies like Miyasaki striploin. Special cuts like hanging tenders and dry-aged porterhouses will also be grilled. Finally, you'll enjoy a chocolate banana boat with marshmallows and, if you like, an espresso. Drinks are included throughout the evening, ensuring enjoyment in every respect. Throughout the course, you'll also have the opportunity to gain practical tips, try out different techniques, and experience how high-quality cuts of meat are brought to perfection, step by step.
