Our certified nutrition coach and meat sommelier Nico has been working on this topic for some time. He has put together a menu that can not only help you lose weight but also completely transform your diet—all without sacrificing delicious food. 

In his seminar, "Grill Yourself Fit," you'll experience practical aha moments on the topic of healthy, meat-based nutrition. At the same time, Nico will explore the extent to which meat can support your daily meals. 

He discusses the specific nutritional values ​​of meat and explains which preparation methods can impair the nutrients and which you should use to get the most out of meat. 

After this seminar, you'll not only know which mistakes to avoid in the future, but also how to balance health and taste. Because this seminar isn't a one-liner. Quite the opposite. 

Grill Yourself Fit is an interactive workshop where you'll learn how to incorporate the special approach to nutrient-rich foods into your everyday life. You'll also gain new perspectives and a wealth of background knowledge on the topic of meat.

The nutrient-rich menu

Of course, you should also try it. Nico presents you with a nutritious and flavorful three-course meal.

The starter is a sliced ​​pork chop on a salad of grilled carrots, mushrooms, and cucumber, topped with Lollo Rosso cheese and a yogurt-honey dressing. 

The main course consists of skirt steak with grilled, vitamin-rich vegetables such as peppers, zucchini, eggplant, broad beans or chickpeas. 

Nico then concludes with a healthy dessert, presenting a lemon sorbet. The nutrition coach garnishes this with a grilled fruit salad consisting of orange, apple, mango, and pineapple, and sweetens the whole thing with honey.
