Danach startet die Verkostungsrunde: Du erhältst nacheinander verschiedene Steaks wie Wagyu Striploin, Entrecôte, Hanging Tender oder Porterhouse, je nach Verfügbarkeit immer frisch zugeschnitten und auf den Punkt gegart.
