How long can I keep the baked ham?

After receiving the product, place it immediately in the refrigerator in the lower compartment above the vegetable compartment. As the coldest zone, it provides the best conditions for storing cold cuts. If you take the ham out of the vacuum packaging, a freshness box is best for further storage. Like our other specialties, our sliced ​​hams will keep for at least three days. Always follow the instructions on the packaging.

Ham sliced ​​with quality meat from Uehlfelder Edelschwein

The Uehlfelder Edelschwein pigs come from carefully selected farms in the immediate vicinity of Uehlfeld. Uehlfelder Edelschwein pigs are fattened for a longer period, which later has a decisive effect on the quality of the product. In addition to species-appropriate husbandry, this also includes a short transport route (maximum 30 minutes) to the Uehlfeld slaughterhouse. In order to reduce stress for the animals, they are not slaughtered until around one and a half days after arrival. All of these factors have a decisive influence on the quality of the meat. This ensures that everything is just right for an end product such as baked ham (sliced).

Ein sehr leckerer Schinken, schön dünn geschnitten, so das man ihn auch mal ohne Brot/Brötchen essen kann.
Trocken ist er auf keinen Fall.

Sehr lecker. Er sollte allerdings etwas dünner geschnitten werden, da er so viel besser schmeckt. Aber ich gebe es in den Bemerkung an und dann klappt es auch mit dem dünnen Aufschnitt. Sehr praktisch ist das eingeschweißte, denn er lässt sich prima einfrieren und ich muss nichts mehr tun. Bitte weiter so.
