How to prepare our Frey beer bratwurst

Like all our bratwursts, it's perfect for pan-frying or grilling. However, please be careful not to overheat, as this will burn the bratwurst and leave the inside raw. Even cold or frozen, you should never grill or pan-fry it. We especially recommend our beer bratwurst in the summer. At a barbecue, it tastes wonderfully flavorful with a nice glass of Franconian beer while remaining super crisp.
