We sometimes even have personal contact with our fatteners in order to continually improve the quality of the meat and the way our animals are kept.

What are Freyberger burger patties made of?

A Freyberger Burger patty consists of 100 percent beef or carefully selected cuts of beef. The ground beef resulting from the Burger Blend is combined with salt, brown sugar, and a – naturally secret – selection of spices. A good burger from Nuremberg requires little beyond the finest meat and careful processing. So simple, yet so complex, because it's the expertise and experience of our family business behind it.

Do I have to cook a burger patty all the way through?

With our Burger Blend, we ensure the meat is as fresh as possible. That's why we only use cuts of meat from freshly slaughtered animals. We then process these cuts into the ground meat for our burgers from Nuremberg. Thanks to this freshness, you can also cook or grill your burger patty rare or medium, depending on your taste. This would also be possible with aged meat, but not recommended.

The basis of every burger - the beef

Our wet-aged and dry-aged beef comes exclusively from cattle from the region. Our beef is rich in protein, iron, vitamin B12 and essential amino acids, as well as a low fat content.
