How long does smoked black pudding last?

Which meat do we process in our black pudding factory?

The meat for our smoked black pudding comes from Uehlfeld's noble pigs. Hans Rössner, Reiner Freyberger's cousin, slaughters the pigs for us in Uehlfeld.
The animals come from farms in the immediate vicinity of the town, keeping transport distances particularly short. The long fattening period also ensures the outstanding quality. This makes the meat from the Uehlfeld Edelschwein (Uehlfeld noble pig) something truly special.
