Lamb sausage: in the pan or on the grill

The best way to prepare our bratwurst is on a charcoal, electric or gas grill. Our lamb bratwurst also tastes good when you fry it in a pan floating in fat. We recommend Stebers clarified butter for this.

The right preparation

Lamb sausages should never be fried too hot in a pan or on a grill. Otherwise they will burn on the outside but remain raw on the inside. So make sure you check the temperature and let the sausages sit at room temperature for a while. If you fry them straight from the fridge when they are ice cold, you could be in for a real shock. So be especially gentle with them.
