Our Lammlässig - Lamb Shoulder Geling Garnaite will keep for at least 7 days after arrival or collection, at a maximum temperature of 6°C.
For optimal storage, we recommend storing between 0 and 4 °C.

Our lamb generally comes from Germany. But we also buy European, more specifically British and Irish lamb. If the lamb does NOT come from Germany, it will be marked on the packaging.

Preparation instructions (shoulder):

  1. Das Fleisch und die Soße etwa 1 Stunde vor der Zubereitung aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen.
  2. Den Ofen auf 140 °C Umluft vorheizen (auf dem Grill 160 °C indirekte Hitze)
  3. Den Bratsatz aus dem Vakuumbeutel mit der Soße zusammen in einen Topf geben. Aufkochen lassen, abschmecken (mit Salz, eventuell auch Wasser oder Sahne). Warm halten
  4. Den Braten eventuell von Bindfäden befreien. Im Ofen 15 Minuten erwärmen.
  5. Den Ofen auf 190 °C Umluft hochdrehen. (Grill auf 210 °C indirekte Hitze)
  6. Jetzt noch etwa 15 Minuten überkrusten.
Aufschneiden uns servieren. Als Beilagen empfehlen wir Kartoffelgratin und Speckbohnen. Guten Appetit.
