This is how our delicious liver dumplings are made

Pork liver forms the basis of our popular liver dumplings. Our pigs come exclusively from regional producers and are also slaughtered regionally. This means we meet the highest quality standards. For our liver dumplings, we use the liver of freshly slaughtered pigs. This means the organ is used directly. It doesn't get any fresher than this. The liver goes into the meat grinder and is then mixed with other ingredients and spices. Then we shape each individual liver dumpling by hand. Cooked in the kettle, cooled and vacuum-packed, the dumplings are finally ready to be sent to you.

Preparing liver dumpling soup - How it works

Since this is a pre-cooked product, you only need to heat our liver dumplings. To do this, add them to the prepared heated meat broth and then let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. The perfect base for the soup garnish is a strong beef broth. Of course, you can not only buy liver dumplings from Freyberger, but also get the right products to make the broth yourself.
