Rindersaftschinken - immer Frisch von der Metzgerei

We guarantee fresh, chilled delivery of our beef ham. Vacuum-sealed packaging and deep-frozen cooling packs ensure that the ham is optimally protected during shipping and its unique quality is preserved. This ensures that the beef ham remains fresh even upon pickup. This way, you can be confident that the beef ham won't lose its flavor while remaining perfectly preserved. It also retains its mild flavor and smoky aroma. And best of all: It's completely preservative-free.

Rindersaftschinken - traditionell innovativ

Our beef ham is produced and smoked with care and dedication. We take great care to source only the highest quality meat from regional farmers. Our strict criteria have proven themselves in the past, and the origin of the meat is incredibly important to us. This is the only way to create a perfect beef ham. The ham is made from the lean legs of young cattle, as these are ideal for this purpose. The selected beef ensures quality, and the marbling of the meat is crucial to its unique flavor. Our beef ham is treated with a delicate spiced brine (consisting of spices according to an old family recipe) and cured. It is a specialty that we recreate through our strict quality controls and our combination of traditional craftsmanship, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

Rindersaftschinken mit rauchigem Geschmack

Our beef ham is made from the meat of young cattle, first treated with a delicate spiced brine and then cured. At the same time, the product acquires its distinctive flavor through our attention to detail. The finished ham must be both juicy and smoky, which is why we not only focus on the quality of the meat from regional farmers during our artisanal production, but also ensure that all hygiene and quality standards of the butcher's trade are adhered to.
