We don't use rinds or calf's head skin. The consistency of our sausages lies between the Munich version (easy to squeeze out) and the firmer versions in the north. The correct preparation of the Freyberger Weißwurst

Our white sausages are best enjoyed freshly boiled. To do this, first boil a pot with plenty of water. For extra flavor, add plenty of salt before adding the sausages. Once the water boils, remove the pot from the heat and add the sausages. Then let the sausages simmer with the lid on for about 10 to 15 minutes.
