      The population of wild boars native to Middle Franconia is relatively small. Therefore, we only offer the meat seasonally, but we particularly recommend our wild boar leg. This allows us to always guarantee our customers impeccable quality and freshness. We also source our roe deer and fawns exclusively from Franconia. We work with hunters based in Nuremberg, but that's not enough for us. We regularly travel to the game reserves in the Grafenwöhr region to obtain larger quantities of venison.
