Metzgerei Freyberger is run by brothers Dirk and Sven Freyberger, the third generation to do so. Together with a well-rehearsed team of meat sommeliers, grill experts, and competitors, they represent true craftsmanship at the highest level.

Since 1958. What began as a family business is now continued by the third generation – with the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

A meat sommelier is a certified expert in meat quality, maturation, origin, and sensory analysis. Several members of our team have completed this training and can competently advise you on the perfect cut.

The Butcher Wolfpack is the German national butcher team. Dirk Freyberger is the team captain, and Pascal Karatay is also part of the team – together they represent Germany at international championships such as the World Butchers' Challenge.

Yes. In our grilling school, experts like Nico and Pascal share their knowledge about meat, cuts, BBQ, and preparation – hands-on and with great passion.
