Our Smart Store in the Pflanzen-Kölle parking lot in Nuremberg is a fully automated butcher shop that is open for you around the clock – including Sundays and public holidays.
Access is easy:
You can enter the store with your smartphone or debit/credit card. Once inside, you select your products and pay contactlessly at the self-checkout.

Payment is cashless only.
You can pay with all common EC, debit, Visa and Mastercard cards. American Express is not currently accepted.
Contactless payment via NFC is also possible – for example, with a smartphone, smartwatch or card.
No, manual scanning is not required.
Items are registered automatically via RFID antennas. Simply place all selected products in the checkout compartment. The recognized items will be displayed on the screen for you to review.
If a product is not recognized, briefly lift it slightly off the metal surface and move it gently back and forth. If an item is accidentally registered twice, please cancel the payment process and start again.
Once all items have been correctly registered, press "Pay" and hold your payment method to the terminal.
The 24/7 store is generally locked.
Access is granted either via your personal customer QR code or with a valid cashless payment method (e.g. debit or credit card). To do this, hold your smartphone or card against the reader on the door.
Registration is not mandatory for making a purchase.
However, registered customers benefit from additional advantages:
