How does the course work?

To start, Dirk Freyberger and Abdur Razzak will welcome you and give a brief overview of the evening's schedule. Then, we'll dive straight into preparing the first station: scallops, where you'll experience how delicate seafood notes develop a clear aroma with the right heat. This is followed by octopus with caramelized carrots from the plancha – a dish that perfectly illustrates how different textures work together and how versatile grilled fish can be. The yakitori skewers made from salmon and free-range chicken will also be explained step-by-step, so you can understand the specifics of different preparation methods.

Afterward, the Angus striploin with shrimp is on the agenda. Throughout, you'll continuously receive small tips that will give you confidence when grilling on your own later and expand your practical knowledge. To conclude, a special part of the course awaits you: grilled ice cream cake, an unusual dessert that shows how creative a grilling seminar can be. Small additions, such as a suitable side dish, naturally round off many of the dishes.
