Vice World Champion raffles off unique item
To celebrate the 2025 World Butchers' Challenge (WBC), we're giving away a flask autographed by the Vice World Champions, the signatures of the Butcher Wolfpack. Anyone who wants to participate simply needs to subscribe to our "Hot Counter" podcast on YouTube and then leave a comment on the episode with a special code word. We'll only reveal the code word exclusively in the podcast itself. Our netiquette must also be observed.

General Terms and Conditions for participation in the competition of Metzgerei Freyberger KG (“Organizer”) and the participating customer (“Participant”)
1. Subject of the conditions of participation and organizer
These terms and conditions govern the conditions for participation in the competition, as well as any necessary transfer of rights. The description and procedure of the respective competition will be published as part of the respective competition campaign on the organizer's social media platforms. The organizer of the competition is Metzgerei Freyberger KG, Sperberstraße 99, 90461 Nuremberg.
By participating in the respective competition, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Participation
Participation in the competition organized by Metzgerei Freyberger KG, hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is free of charge and governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. To participate, you must participate online. You must leave a comment under the organizer's competition video. The comment must be posted on the YouTube channel Heiße Theke, specifically under the video/podcast " Dirk on the 1 | WBC Part 2 | Hot Counter 44". The content of the comment is a word mentioned by the protagonists within the mentioned video/podcast. In addition, the participant must be subscribed to the "Hot Counter" channel on YouTube, visible to the organizer.
Participation is only possible within the competition period. Entries received after the competition deadline will not be considered for the draw.
Participation in the competition is open from 4:45 PM on May 4, 2025, to 11:59 PM on June 1, 2025. Users have the opportunity to participate in the competition during this period.
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany and over the age of 18. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
Participation with false identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.
Only one submitted entry per participant will be eligible for the competition. Using multiple addresses or profiles to increase your chances of winning is strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons. Such reasons include, in particular:
- Manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition
- Violations of these conditions of participation
- unfair conduct or
- false or misleading information in connection with participation in
- the competition.
- If the excluded participant is already
- The prize may be revoked retroactively if the winner is not selected.
3. Prizes, prize notification and delivery of the prize
We will raffle off the following prizes among all eligible participants:
1x hip flask with the signature of the Butcher Wolfpack of the WBC 2025
The winners will be determined within two weeks of the closing date through a random drawing or by selection by the organizer, subject to the conditions already stated, among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the drawing.
The winners of the raffle will be notified promptly by the organizer via a message on one of the social media channels. Further conditions for contact and verification will be set.
The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winning participant.
An exchange, transfer or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
The winner will receive the prize via mail. Shipping costs are borne by the organizer.
The winner will be announced in a podcast episode.
Risk is transferred to the participant upon handover of the prize to a carrier. The organizer is not responsible for damage during delivery. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are borne by the winning participant. The winning participant is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winning participant does not respond after being requested to do so twice within a period of three weeks, the right to the prize expires. In this case, the organizer is entitled to hold a replacement drawing and then transfer the prize to another participant. Only one prize is possible per participant. If circumstances arise for which the organizer is not responsible, the winning participant will accept an appropriate replacement prize. Such circumstances for which the organizer is not responsible include, in particular, those attributable to the sponsors of the prizes.
4. Termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely, in whole or in part, at any time, even without observing deadlines and without prior notice and without stating reasons, or to change its course if it is not possible to guarantee the proper and scheduled execution of the competition for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons.
5. Data protection
To participate in the competition, you must provide personal information (first and last name, email and postal address, telephone number, and date of birth). Participants warrant that the personal information they provide, in particular their first and last name, email address, postal address, and date of birth, is true and correct.
The organizer is responsible for the collection, processing, and use of participants' personal data. The organizer will use the participant's personal information and other personal data only within the framework of the statutory provisions of data protection law. The organizer points out that none of the participant's personal data will be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without their consent.
The organizer will only store, process and use the information to the extent necessary for the conduct of the competition or with the consent of the participant.
6. Applicable law
Questions and complaints related to the competition should be addressed to the organizer. The organizer's competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
7. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply that most closely approximates the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies if there is a gap in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
