The Nuremberg native meticulously folds, rolls, and positions the pieces of sausage and ham on the platter, gradually laying the foundation for her own specially designed decoration.
Unlike traditional platters , the decoration isn't entirely edible. Normally, that's mandatory, but this time, the focus is on the art.
The saleswoman chooses daffodils. Not only because the name fits the occasion, but also because the flower blooms at this time of year. The sausage maker also uses radishes, which are also in season in April. A thoroughly thoughtful Easter platter .
