Good bye!
We will be closed from April 21 to April 27, 2025. This applies to the entire butcher shop, of course. The reason: vacation.
After recent, grueling events, such as the 2025 World Championship in Paris , where we took home the runner-up title and entry into the Hall of Fame ( here's a video about it), we're already gearing up for this year's Franconian Bratwurst Summit. We're aiming for the crown for the third time in a row, which is why our variations of the creative bratwurst have already been released.

We've got three different bratwurst varieties: Freddy, our hearty burger bratwurst . Giulia, our antipasti queen , and, of course, Moe, our mango-mozzarella specialty . Anyone can try these bratwursts and give us feedback either in the butcher shop or online. The winner will travel to the Bratwurst Summit.

But because we work so hard for our customers and always give our all, we have to treat ourselves to a little break. That's why we'll be closing the butcher shop from April 21 to April 27, 2025. We'll be back to normal on Monday, April 28, 2025. This also means that the monthly burger unfortunately has to be canceled again. But our Classic Bacon Cheeseburger is a great substitute and perfect to bridge the gap.

Our community can still look forward to online content. It's not on hiatus. But if you want to see Dirk or Pascal offline, you should come to the BBQ Days in Stuttgart on April 26th and 27th, because Butcher Wars Germany will be taking place there again on Sunday.
Germany's best butchers compete to be crowned the best German butcher. The event is hosted by Dirk, and Pascal, of course, participates as the defending champion .

That's all - we wish you all a happy holiday.
