How to prepare our turkey sausage

Whether in a pan or on the grill, be careful not to overcook your bratwurst. If the temperature is too high, it will burn and remain raw inside. It also shouldn't be placed directly from the refrigerator into the pan or grill. Instead, bring it to room temperature first. It's especially delicious grilled in summer with delicious potato salad or grilled vegetables and light summer salads. Give it a try!
