Who is Pascal Karatay?

Pascal Karatay is a meat sommelier who teaches barbecue courses with us and also works as a butcher's salesperson. He also offers catering services. Pascal also represents us at competitions such as the World Butchers' Challenge , Butcher Wars Germany , and BBQ Championships . We have a detailed video about him here .

His daily tasks include preparing the counter, i.e., preparing meat and its visual presentation. In addition, he provides intensive customer service with professional and competent advice. 

Outside of these hours, Pascal showcases his craftsmanship via live streams on our TikTok and Twitch channels , or completely offline at his on-site seminars and tastings .
