Meatballs - a recipe to try
Due to several requests following Galileo's post , we've decided to publish our meatball recipe on our platforms as well. This recipe is now available both as a short video and directly on our website. For those who need an absolute basic version of meatballs, we also have a detailed video on our channel.
The basic ingredients:
500 g mixed minced meat
2 (approx. 90 g) rolls (preferably from the day before)
1 medium onion (40 g)
3 eggs
100 ml milk
1 tbsp parsley
1 dash of mustard
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
Fat for frying (e.g. pork fat , beef fat or clarified butter )
