We make our own sausage. There are few things that we don't question. But not making our own sausage has never been a given and will never be a question. Over the decades, we have continually refined our production methods and choice of materials. It has been adapted and refined. The result is a delicious homemade mushroom sausage that we are happy to sell to our customers.

The spices for our homemade mushroom sausage are unique

We have always made our own spice mixtures for our homemade sausages. This means that we buy the pure spices from specialist spice shops and mix them freshly according to traditional recipes. This means that we are not only in control of the exact composition and therefore the taste of our sausage. We also determine the quality of the raw spices. Often only organic quality is sufficient for us, such as white pepper.

Mushroom sausage must taste good

The taste of our sausage has been passed down for generations. Not just in the company, but also among our customers. We are advocates of glutamate. We support the viewpoint of Thomas A. Vilgis . The relevant literature makes it clear again and again: glutamic acid is a substance that occurs naturally and in our bodies. Glutamate (salt of glutamic acid) is derived from it. So you can't taste any difference here. And no harmful effects have ever been proven. We use flavor enhancers according to the motto: as much as necessary and as little as necessary. To give you an idea of ​​the amount in our products: our sausage and ham specialties contain around 5g of glutamate salt per 100kg of product.

Champignonnwurst

Nach dem auftauen ist die Wurst sehr nass und ich muss sie trocknen. Etwas unangenehm. Der Geschmack ist lecker.
