It's a good tradition to celebrate the festivities with a hearty feast – and a delicious roast goose is a perfect match. This roast is often served with red cabbage, dumplings, and other goodies. How do you prepare a roast goose?

How you prepare the roast goose is entirely up to your personal taste. You can use individual parts of the goose or the whole piece of meat. The former is recommended if you're not expecting many guests. For all other festivities, a large roast goose is not only a guarantee of great taste—it's also a feast for the eyes. If you like, you can even use any part of the goose to create something edible. Delicious seasoning gives the roast goose its typical flavor.
