How does the course work?

The course starts with a brief introduction to the topic of grilling game and an overview of how an entire deer is transformed step-by-step into a versatile menu. Then, it's straight into practical work: together, the individual parts are prepared, seasoned, and made ready for the various courses of the menu. The instructor explains what is fundamentally important when grilling game and handling it, how to emphasize its natural flavor, and which methods are particularly suitable for lean venison.

Afterward, the prepared meat goes onto the grill. Here you'll learn how venison reacts to direct and indirect heat and how to cook it gently to keep it tender and aromatic. Gradually, all five courses of the menu are created: Premium Game Burger, bratwurst, venison saltimbocca with rosemary potatoes, pink roasted venison with bread dumplings, and venison loin with herb crust and roasted pumpkin. While the individual dishes are prepared and served, there will be ample time for questions, explanations, and practical tips. Drinks will accompany the entire evening, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere.
