Pork, bacon, 11% PARMIGIANO REGGIANO PDO, sea salt, 3% summer truffle (tuber aestivum), spices (contains MUSTARD), MILK PROTEIN, pork gelatine, dextrose, flavouring, maltodextrin, seasoning, preservatives: E252, E202, antioxidant: E301. 100g of Saltufo are made from 122g of pork.

Saltufo is a fine ball made from a very special salami speciality made from pork and select summer truffles (tuber aestivum). Matured using a special natural maturing process and covered with genuine, typical, grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Saltufo stands for the terms: Salami & Tartufo (it=truffle). There is no comparable product on the market yet. Not only the appearance, but also the handling is unique. The Saltufo is freshly cut with a knife directly at the table.
