Our pickled Sauerbraten will keep for at least 5 days after it arrives at your premises or after it is picked up, at a maximum temperature of 6°C.
For optimal storage, we recommend storing between 0 and 4 °C.

Roast beef, sauerbraten marinade (drinking water, vegetables 2%, yellow mustard seeds, MUSTARD, spices, brandy vinegar, coloring: colorant E 150d).

We only use heifers and ox meat. Never young bulls. Our cattle are slaughtered in the butcher's slaughterhouse in Fürth-Burgfarrnbach and come from farmers in the slaughterhouse's catchment area, mostly from the Nuremberg region. We sometimes even have personal contact with our fatteners in order to continually improve the quality of the meat and the way our animals are kept.

We offer you the beef sauerbraten ready to cook, so it's easy to prepare at home. Our sauerbraten has already been marinated in a broth and you can simply put it in a pot and finish cooking it. This saves you a lot of time and effort and still gives you a tasty homemade sauerbraten. Wie lange kann ein Sauerbraten eingelegt werden?

 
  • Wenn du unseren küchenfertig eingelegten Sauerbraten bestellst, kannst du diesen nach Erhalt direkt fertig garen. Ansonsten solltest du, je nach Zubereitungsart, den Braten bis zu 10 Tage im Sud eingelegt lassen, wobei dieser hin und wieder umgerührt werden muss.

    Wann wird Sauerbraten zäh?

     
  • Wenn das Fleisch zäh wird, kann verschiedene das Ursachen haben. Wichtig ist, dass die Temperatur beim Schmoren nicht zu hoch ist und man sich genug Zeit nimmt.

    Wie lange kann man fertigen Sauerbraten aufheben?

     
  • Fertig gegarter Braten hält sich im Kühlschrank 1 bis 3 Tage.
